Kormetal’s Human Resources Policy is to efficiently utilize its human resource towards becoming a customer-oriented company by improving its position in aluminum casting and rim market, satisfying the expectations of its stakeholders, valuing its employees, and becoming a company open for change, sensitive to the environment and the occupational health, safety and quality standards, which continuously advances its technology and takes strength from the creativity of its employees.

The objective of our human resources policy is to plan, select, recruit, assign in our service units, develop, identify and make the planning to satisfy training requirements, implement the plans, identify competencies, conduct performance management and career planning activities according to scientific methods to obtain human resources which would enable efficient and productive conduct of our Company’s efforts.

Training and Development

In training and development planning, initially the development needs of the staff are analyzed. In this process, together with the priority areas required by the job or determined as a result of the assessments, future-oriented development areas are also included in the planning in accordance with the career plans. At the same time, individual-based training needs analysis of Kormetal employees is conducted over the Internet two times a year. The outputs from these studies are consolidated and the training for the next year is planned by a commission which includes employees from quality and human resources departments.
